CK Health is looking for a part time Receptionist (up to 3 days per week).
We at CK Health and Wellbeing are truly passionate about what we do, helping people discover the underlying causes of their ill health, so they can enjoy life to the fullest.
You will be playing a vital part in the continued growth and smooth running of our very busy wellness clinic. Alongside our other reception team you will be supporting; Integrative GP's, Naturopaths and Psychologists.
We are looking for a friendly, positive person that is passionate about health and working with people.
To be successful with us you will demonstrate the following:
- A history of at least 12 months Reception experience
- Compassion, empathy and support for others
- You must be able to build rapport quickly with patients and make them feel comfortable
- Be happy to follow systems and processes and must enjoy working in a busy fast paced environment
- Have excellent computer skills and enjoy working with a team, be flexible and organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
- Problem solving is one of your special skills, as is adapting to changing situations easily
- You are a great communicator
- Willing to show initiative
- Organised in all aspects of work
- Maintain a professional image
- You go that extra mile to ensure patients have an exceptional experience when they come to see us
- Time management and prioritisation along with high attention to detail is essential to this role
- Prior reception experience is a must and Medical or similar reception experience desirable
- Experience using apple Mac computers a must
- Use of Helix or Medical Director software desirable
- Use of Cliniko software desirable
Other selection criteria:
- You must be available a minimum of 2-3 days per week
