AddressP&C Fencing is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team.
This is a full-time, stable role based out of our head-office in Ingleburn NSW. We are looking for a person that has a positive demeanor, with great customer-service skills.
Duties will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Taking messages and sending via email
- Directing emails to appropriate departments
- Greeting walk in guests
- Filing of quotes
- Creating quote folders
- Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
- Making coffee for senior management
- Online grocery orders
- Mailing duties
