The Opportunity
This role is based at the V&V Walsh Meat Processors and Exporters facility and will be reporting the V&V Walsh Office Manager.

About the Role
Day to day tasks:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access visa reception desk (ensuring visitors sign in/sign out)
- Update calendars and scheduling meetings
- Arranging travel and accommodations
- Organize office catering and internal events/celebrations
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Pallet transfer reconciliation (data entry, checking invoices, liaising with vendors, stores, and dispatch)
- Order office supplies as required and requested
- Other ad hoc general admin and HR duties as required
Candidates should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk office representative or similar role
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain a strong customer service focus where required in any client facing tasks
