- Receptionist for part time (approximately 15-20 hours per week) If you thrive in a fast paced team environment this role could be perfect.
- Ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work up to 5 and a half days per week to cover holidays and personal leave. This role requires you to be available for shifts between 8am to 7pm. eg ( 8-2 or 8-4 or 11-7 or 3 or 4 till 7) and one in 4 Saturday mornings
- You will be the first point of contact for all patients. You must be able to multi-task at a fast pace, answer calls and greet patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Attend to the high demands and authoritative and play a gatekeeper role for the doctors
- Have good communication and computer skills as well as be a team player
