About The Role

• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct appropriately across all 6 office locations  
• Meet & greet Clients in the Sunshine Coast branch
• Monitor and distribute email correspondence
• Maintain kitchen, reception and boardroom areas
• Various general administration duties
   

About You

To succeed in the role you will need:

• Previous receptionist experience in a corporate office
• Exceptional phone manner and communication skills;
• Commitment to working in a team environment;
• Strong ability to multi task;
• High attention to detail & takes pride in their work;
• Ability to be proactive with a strong focus on providing solutions;
• Previous experience handling medium to large volumes of incoming calls
• Previous experience in the Strata industry would be ideal, but not essential
• Previous experience using TIPIT (Telstra) platform or other VOIP based phone systems is desirable but not essential
