About The Role
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct appropriately across all 6 office locations
- Meet & greet Clients in the Sunshine Coast branch
- Monitor and distribute email correspondence
- Maintain kitchen, reception and boardroom areas
- Various general administration duties
About You
To succeed in the role you will need:
- Previous receptionist experience in a corporate office
- Exceptional phone manner and communication skills;
- Commitment to working in a team environment;
- Strong ability to multi task;
- High attention to detail & takes pride in their work;
- Ability to be proactive with a strong focus on providing solutions;
- Previous experience handling medium to large volumes of incoming calls
- Previous experience in the Strata industry would be ideal, but not essential
- Previous experience using TIPIT (Telstra) platform or other VOIP based phone systems is desirable but not essential
