We are a firm of Chartered Accountants situated on the northern end of the Gold Coast.
We have a permanent full time position available for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team in the role of Receptionist.
Your duties would include:
- Answering phones and emails;
- Greeting clients;
- Filing and scanning;
- Incoming and outgoing mail;
- Running office errands;
- Collation of cover letters and documents;
- General support to Partners, Accountants and clients
The successful applicant should possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- An excellent eye for detail is a must;
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn;
- Current drivers licence;
Previous office experience is advantageous but not essential.
The role includes car parking on site with excellent in-house IT support. Salary will be the award wage in the first instance.
