About the role:
This is a rare opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist / Office Manager who will provide high levels of customer service and administration support to SCA's Hobart team. The role would suit a passionate administrator with experience in a deadline driven environment and administrative support services.
What you'll be doing:
As the first point of contact for Hobart's SCA office, you will embrace SCA's values and throw yourself wholeheartedly into fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging company culture. This is a challenging and dynamic position which requires energy and passion for the work.
Experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, and/or Office Manager.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to work, a can-do attitude and a warm disposition towards all you meet!
- Confidence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Canva - creativity is a plus!
- Experience managing the day-to-day operations of the office, such as managing third party vendors (i.e. stationary orders etc).
- Exceptional time management sills are a must!
- The ability to remain professional, positive and focused when under pressure.
- A sense of humour and the ability to think on your feet to solve problems!
- A passion for the media industry, you will represent SCA to all external vendors with enthusiasm and integrity.
