This is an incredible opportunity for a self-motivated and organised candidate to take up an integral position within a rapidly expanding organisation. You will provide a range of administrative functions while also being offered significant autonomy.
Our ideal person is someone:
- with excellent personal presentation and communication skills (of course)
- who aspires to being the best Receptionist in the group
- who "owns" the Reception role with no underlying motivations to move into other divisions within the business
- who has a solid track record in professional Reception roles (ideally 2 years +
- who is comfortable with CEO's, Tradies - and everyone in between;
- who is unflappable AND
- who has the maturity to deal with a number of people/situations seamlessly and in a timely fashion.
You should have a strong interest in the Real Estate industry and a desire to continuously learn more about it.
Skills/Experience required:
- Your success will depend on your ability to coordinate the relevant parties involved, be organised and communicate with clients calmly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills including a friendly and professional phone manner
- You will have a self-motivated, can-do attitude and an ability to take initiative
- Strong customer focus and natural enthusiasm
- An ability to work independently and be organised
