The Role
Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, vibrant clinic in the heart of Brisbane CBD? We are looking for a dedicated and professional receptionist to join our team. This role provides an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic clinic environment within the allied healthcare industry, representing a reputable brand.
The position is initially for a 3-month period with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Manage appointment bookings and schedule changes efficiently
- Handle phone enquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
About You
You are an organized, personable, and proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you possess exceptional communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanour. You have a keen eye for detail and are adept at multitasking, ensuring that every patient receives prompt and efficient service.
Key qualities we are looking for include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service with a friendly and empathetic approach to patient care.
