Receptionist

Permanent Reception role working for renowned Architecture firm in Brisbane CBD

Your new role

You will be responsible for providing front of house, operational and administrative support to key stakeholders and customers of the organisation.

Daily duties will include:

• Meet and greet clients
• Manage meeting rooms including catering and AV equipment
• Manage and redirect all incoming calls and enquiries
• Calendar management of internal and external meetings
• Co-ordination of building maintenance requests through the building manager
• Ensuring the office is kept clean, tidy and well stocked
• Distribute mail and co-ordinate couriers
• Assisting with collation and preparation of Credit Card Expenses
• Data entry including minute taking
• Assist with travel bookings including accommodation, cabs, airport parking etc.
• Assist with QA Audit requirements

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous corporate reception experience, be competent utilising Microsoft Suite, offer exceptional communication and organisation skills and a passion for learning and helping others
