Your new role
You will be responsible for providing front of house, operational and administrative support to key stakeholders and customers of the organisation.
Daily duties will include:
- Meet and greet clients
- Manage meeting rooms including catering and AV equipment
- Manage and redirect all incoming calls and enquiries
- Calendar management of internal and external meetings
- Co-ordination of building maintenance requests through the building manager
- Ensuring the office is kept clean, tidy and well stocked
- Distribute mail and co-ordinate couriers
- Assisting with collation and preparation of Credit Card Expenses
- Data entry including minute taking
- Assist with travel bookings including accommodation, cabs, airport parking etc.
- Assist with QA Audit requirements
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous corporate reception experience, be competent utilising Microsoft Suite, offer exceptional communication and organisation skills and a passion for learning and helping others
