Little Souls Wellness Centre is a multidisciplinary private practice, with locations in Tweed Heads and Bangalow. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic administration assistant to join our Client Support Team in Tweed Heads and Bangalow. As a member of our Client Support team, your role will include:
- Answering phone calls, emails, data entry, filing, scanning and client billing.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to support clinicians and ensure client care.
- General opening and closing procedures of office, including basic tidying of the office spaces.
- Managing a team of Allied Health Professionals’ schedules.
- Handling confidential documentation and files.
- Active collaboration as a member of our administration team and wider, to assist and support the team on an individual and collective level.
About you:
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have 8am to 6pm weekday availability for a minimum of 3-4 shifts per week (8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, or 10am to 6pm shifts).
- Be available for shifts at both our Tweed Heads and Bangalow offices across the week.
- Ideally have experience in administration and/or customer service roles.
- Be friendly, approachable, and enjoy engaging with people of all ages.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Be organised, well-presented, and act in a professional manner.
- Be empathetic and have the ability to build rapport with team members, key stake holders, and clients.
- Be able to communicate clearly and sensitively with children and parents, at times when they are distressed.
- Have a basic knowledge of available services and available funding (Medicare, NDIS scheme, private health etc.).
- Have knowledge of Power Diary or similar booking system. Whilst advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
