About the Role:
We are seeking a Permanent Part Time Receptionist to join our team.
You will be based at Milford House, located at 2-4 Milford Street, Randwick NSW 2031.
Your hours of employment will be Monday to Friday business hours.
This role involves a variety of administrative duties, including rostering, payroll processing, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Our staff are well-trained in our systems to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. You are also required support the management team, perform clerical duties, and manage workflow and serve as the main point of contact at Milford House Nursing Home.
To be successful, we're looking for someone:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail, be highly organized and able to engage with a range of people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to priorities work.
- Excellent in time management skill with multitasking capabilities
- Handles confidential information with discretion and puts customer service at the forefront of their work.
