Are you a friendly person who enjoys working with people? ABA Security and Electrical is expanding and we are looking for an enthusiastic Reception/Administration Assistant to join our amazing team.
While prior experience and training is not required, a happy and motivated attitude is.
Duties include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Update client files
- Reconciling Staff timesheets and Creditor Statements
- Processing payments and banking
- Assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties
- Manage emails
- On the job training provided
The position hours are 08:00–16:30 Mon-Thurs and 08:00-16:00 Fri. No weekends and no Public Holidays!
