Job description

This full-time permanent role in Edgecliff, will suit you if you are looking for your first corporate job having previously worked in customer service roles within hospitality or you are looking for a role close to home where you can utilise the previous reception/administration experience you have.
  
You will be working for a corporate & professional company that offers serviced office space to companies who need office space but don’t have their own. This means you will be supporting all sorts of different companies from different industries to assist them with their day-to-day business needs.
  
If you like the idea of doing a variety of different duties during the day and you have the initiative and ability to learn quickly then this could be the job for you!
  
No two days are the same, there is lots of variety and responsibility and you will be working with a team who have been together for some time and who are very successful in looking after their clients, so it is important that they find a new member who is as keen on doing a good job as they are!
  
  
The role:
  
  • Provide customer service both face-to-face and over the phone for your client’s customers
  • Reception duties
  • Data entry
  • General office admin support
  • Kitchen upkeep and support
  • Collecting and distribution of post
  
  
To be successful in this role, you must have the following essential criteria:
  
  • Confidence and professionalism in order to support corporate clients from various industries
  • First class communication skills both written and verbal
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office products to include Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Some customer service experience where you have been used to supporting client needs
  • A team player who can take direction
  • The ability to learn & develop quickly
  • Lots of initiative with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
  • Flexible attitude as on occasion you may be asked to work in other office locations to cover other team members
  
This role is 100% office based, working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
