We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Customer Liaison Officer to join our Bundamba branch.

About the role
- Welcoming visitors and answering the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensuring customer service queries and issues are resolved both promptly and efficiently.
- Developing strong professional relationships with colleagues and external entities such as insurance companies.
- Setting appointments for quotes and booking clients in for repairs.
- Entering data and preparing files for invoicing.
- Undertaking general office duties as required.
Training will be provided for the right candidate. Must be available for an immediate start. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. This position is initially available for a six-month period and will progress to other opportunities within the business for the right candidate.
About you
- Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal efficiently and patiently with all types of customers.
- Be well organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Have strong communication skills - on the phone and in person.
- Be polite and well groomed.
- Have proficient computer and data entry skills.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Be conscientious, honest and reliable.
- Able to build good working relationships across all levels.
- Have experience in the automotive industry (highly desirable).
