About the Role:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring/Actioning Emails
- Electronic Filing
- Fielding Calls from Site Staff and Actioning
- Travel Arrangements (Flights/Accommodation/Car Hire)
- Site Administration Preparation
- Plant & Equipment Work Order Processing
- Resource Procurement
- Tender File Creation
- PA to Directors
- Staff Training Arrangements
- Any adhoc administrative duties required
About You:
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Warm and friendly personality
- Advanced computer skills
- ability to multitask and use inititative
- Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance
- Good spelling, typing and grammar
- Experience with Outlook, word and excel
