Your Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team in Osborne Park. Reporting to our Recruitment Manager, this newly created role will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Providing daily administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
* Accurately track the onboarding of all white-collar personnel, including booking medicals and obtaining qualifications.
* Maintaining the recruitment database and onboarding records system to ensure all records are up to date and accurate.
* Ensure compliance across all recruitment systems and processes.
* Work closely with the mobilisation team to ensure all personnel mobilise to site in a timely manner.
What You ‘Can Do’
* 2+ years Administration experience.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including excel.
* Strong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A personalised customer service approach applying it to your colleagues and candidates.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Team focused approach, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
