Description
As a Recruitment Admin, your responsibilities will include:
Maintain effective communication with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Pre-screening and Interviews: Organize and coordinate interviews that align with client requirements, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Database Management: Dive into our candidate database, keeping it updated and organized for efficient recruitment operations.
Keep the talent pipeline flowing, managing Temp/Contract/Labour Hire availability
Take care of all administration duties, from identification to reference checks.
Organise pre-screening and interviews for candidates and team members that align with client requirements
Profile
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Previous experience in recruitment or admin and customer service
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Love talking to people
Proven administration experience and the ability to be proactive to changing client needs
Email management
A high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines for different clients and project
You must be a permanent resident or a citizen.
