Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

IMC currently have a vacancy for an experienced Recruitment Administrator.

Based at our Corporate head office located in Bayswater, our internal Recruitment office is a hub of energy, positivity, and innovation. You'll work alongside a group of passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.

About the role:

• Carry out onboarding administration for new recruits
• Raising Purchase orders for pre-employment medicals and PPE
• Maintain stock on shelf PPE levels, ensuring the team is prepared for any situation
• Booking client specific training
• Ensure all compliance checks are completed.
• All other duties as required

About you:

• You bring enthusiasm to everything you do!
• The small things matter, you are meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• You are comfortable with modern recruitment tools and have Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Pronto experience highly regarded
• You adapt quickly, thriving in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
• Basic medical and National Police Clearance will be required.
