What you'll be doing:
- Improve employee journey through candidate pathway, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding reviews
- Foster partnerships with key stakeholders and HR teams for effective recruitment strategies
- Offer technical support for recruitment procedures to colleagues
- Develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies aligned with the client's goals
- Cultivate relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and diversity-related organizations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legislation, while enhancing stakeholder relationships and recommending process improvements
What you'll need:
- Exhibit the vision, values, attitudes and behaviors of the organisation
- Previous experience in agency recruitment
- Understanding of recruitment and workforce retention processes
- Experience in program delivery with strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; proficiency in computing skills
