The Recruitment team provide exceptional internal support to the growing and ever evolving needs of this dynamic business. Join our well established, highly skilled and inclusive team as a Recruitment Advisor at our Dandenong Head office and put your existing recruitment skills on show!
As a Recruitment Advisor you will be facilitating all aspects of the recruitment function. This is a true end to end role providing the autonomy and freedom you need to get creative and shake things up. Our team is focused on building close relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing an outstanding experience for our candidates, continuous improvement and achieving results!
Specific duties will include:
- Thinking outside of the square to proactively source applicants and new recruits.
- Plan and execute recruitment activity to maintain adequate recruitment levels to cater for business needs and to achieve diversity targets.
- Consult effectively with Department Managers to ensure we are attracting the right candidates from both a skills and culture perspective.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with candidates.
- Liaise with external agencies to source candidates when required.
- Attend targeted recruitment open days held by external stakeholders.
- Facilitate pre-employment checks and documentation such as reference checks, medicals and police checks.
- Onboarding of successful candidates.
- Participation in targeted recruitment projects.
About you
Whilst your previous experience is fantastic so is your future potential! The ideal candidate will:
- Have prior experience in end to end recruitment.
- Be a natural people person, engaging and professional with impeccable communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills with experience using recruitment software.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Be willing to learn, grow and develop along with the growing needs of the business.
