Recruitment Advisor

• CBD location, blended work week & 6-month FTC

The organisation
 
People2people have partnered with a highly regarded community driven organisation who is growing through acquisitions and new developments to source an experienced Recruitment Coordinator / Advisor to help source and place top talent at their various sites.  As an organisation, they understand the community they work with and endeavour to not only meet but exceed their needs and expectations and the first step to achieving this is having the right team on board.
 
The role
 
Due to growth of existing sites and new sites coming on board, the team need support to drive recruitment across various levels.  Responsible for working with Line Managers to understand needs, create / update and place advertisements, screening applications and creating a shortlist for Line Managers to review and interview. In addition, you will have accountability for coordinating medicals, onboarding documentation and compliance checks.
 
Selection criteria
 

• Proven experience in a Recruitment / Talent Coordinator / Advisor role
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills – building strong stakeholder relationships
• High attention to detail and results driven with the ability to multi-task
• Tech savvy – MS Office Suite and quick to pick up systems
• Strong time management skills essential to multiple recruitment processes
