Engeny is currently seeking a Recruitment Advisor to be a part of our growing human resources team.

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our team. You will be a highly organised individual who enjoys working with a range of internal stakeholders.
You will:
- Play a pivotal role in sourcing great engineering and environmental professionals to support our growth
- Maintain strong relationships with a variety of hiring managers to ensure resourcing supports business needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert on selection techniques and support hiring managers in selecting the best candidate for the role.
- Develop talent pools of suitably qualified candidates for future requirements.
- Provide candidates with an industry leading, positive candidate experience.
- Conduct sourcing, including preparing job ads, screening, interviewing, reference checking and candidate management.
- Manage successful candidate relationships between offer and commencement.
- Accurately maintain all recruitment and selection records
This position will be for an initial 18 month period.
About You
You are looking to be a part of and contribute to the growth and development of the organisation. You will have;
- Previous experience delivering end to end recruitment (minimum 3 years)
- Thrive in a fast paced growth environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- A team approach to getting the best result
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within the Engineering, Environmental or similar industry highly regarded
