Recruitment Advisor

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team in Osborne Park.  Reporting to our Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for providing end to end recruitment services to our trades and labour division, assisting in finding the best talent possible for Primero. 

Role Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment for all blue-collar roles, including proactive sourcing, advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking and making employment offers. 
• Creating and maintaining talent pools, headhunting and passive searches. 
• Providing guidance and advice to Hiring Managers.
• Accurately tracking progress and compliance for individuals to ensure mobilisation targets are met.
• Working closely with the broader Recruitment and HR team throughout the recruitment process. 
• Maintaining the recruitment database and onboarding systems to ensure all records are up to date and accurate. 
• Assisting with designing and modifying recruitment processes and procedures to increase efficiency within the team.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• Experience in blue collar recruitment working across high volumes of roles (ideally in the engineering or resources sectors). 
• Ability to proactively source, build and engage with quality talent pools, and successfully place and retain candidates.
• Strong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A personalised customer service approach, applying it to your colleagues and candidates. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-focused approach, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
