Master Builders Insurance Brokers (MBIB) is a national insurance broker specialising in the building and construction industries. We are seeking a customer service and administration superstar to join our recently created Northern Region Job Specific Processing team. This is a full time role based in our Forest Lodge office.
What you will be doing:
- Phone and email based customer service,
- Reviewing documents, processing payments and issuing certificates for residential builders,
- Deliver great outcomes for our clients within agreed timeframes,
- Liaising with internal colleagues, clients, underwriters and government agencies,
- Working effectively as part of our team.
What you will bring:
- A love of helping customers and clients,
- High attention to detail,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- High level data entry (speed and accuracy),
- Experience in the building or insurance industries, especially with experience in Home Warranty will be highly regarded!
