About the Role
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will provide quality attraction and recruitment solutions, advice and support to ensure Metro South Health recruits high quality candidates in accordance with the Hospital and Health Services' policies and procedures.
You will understand Metro South Health's values, have a genuine desire to join our team and contribute to our growth with your passion and expertise in recruitment. You will have:
- Proven experience working within a high-volume internal recruitment environment and leading recruitment and selection processes end to end.
- Highly developed consultative, negotiation, interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills necessary to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience providing expert, timely and well researched advice regarding workforce (clinical and non-clinical) and recruitment issues that have implications in a health service environment.
- Ability to build productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the team and clients.
