An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join the Metro South Health Recruitment Team!
About the Role:
Metro South Health is undergoing a number of significant expansion programs to meet the growing needs of health services. This role will support the delivery of a client focused recruitment service in accordance with Metro South Health policies, procedures and guidelines in the Logan Beaudesert Recruitment Team.
This Recruitment Business Partner will work collaboratively with the Principal Recruitment Officer leading the recruitment and selection activities for new Eight Mile Plains Satellite Hospital project. The role will consult, guide and influence Hiring Managers in the development and implementation of appropriate talent acquisition and sourcing strategies that build a workforce that reflects the diversity of our community and supports the objectives of MSH's First Nations Health Equity Strategy 2022- 2025.
About You:

- Ideally you will have previous experience in a high-volume internal recruitment environment leading recruitment and selection processes end to end
- Excellent consultative and communications skills to build productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders quickly while meeting deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer systems, i.e., Microsoft Office programs
