The Role
As the Administration star in the office, your duties will include, but not limited too:
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Data entry
- Phones
- Ensuring candidates have all required documentation and compliance prior to commencement that follow National Nursing Standards
- Reference Checking
- Prepare paperwork for new employees and assist with onboarding and induction process
- General HR admin tasks and general administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants, Compliance Manager and Director
- Preparing the board room for meetings and training
- Supporting travel for locums / temps (booking accommodation, hire cars, flights etc)
- General office management such as ordering stationery and other ad hoc duties.
- Administration Experience
- Your accuracy must be PERFECT
- Great organisational, communications and customer service skills
- You will have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and be exceptional with word and excel
- You will have a positive, can do attitude
- You will use your initiative in all aspects of your work
- Can work within tight time frames
- Healthcare exposure is beneficial however not essential
