About your new role:
Our high-performing in-house team in Hendra - who source and place blue-collar talent such as gardeners and general labourers - are looking for an experienced recruiter to come on board.
The role involves managing existing client relationships with a key local government council, sourcing & managing suitable candidates for the roles - it's a fast paced, highly collaborative environment that can reward your efforts with commissions over and above your base salary + super.
A day in your new role
- Mostly client relationship/account management and some business development
- Developing candidate attraction strategies, screening and placing quality candidates
- Achieving individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
- Connecting with hiring managers and on-site contractors regularly
What you will need to succeed
- Do you have great people skills and experience high-volume recruitment? or in a high-volume call centre?
- Are you a problem solver that can get the job done and the role placed?
- Can you wear many hats in a day and thrive in a very fast-paced enviroment?
- Do you like working closely with your team as well as independently?
