The Role:
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing end to end candidate journey experience.
- CV Screening for open roles for our clients.
- Conducting pre-screening interviews.
- All pre-employment and clearance checks for candidates e.g. references, Police checks, training, qualifications etc.
- Maintain Agency Worker Compliance- to include obtaining and securing all essentials document.
- Verify certificates and all other file essentials & attach to personnel file accordingly.
- Reporting compliance performance.
- Volume project support to support the fast-growing opportunities of our business.
- Quality Check Spot Check and Audit Assist
- Work closely with the compliance, brand management, and marketing teams to build your candidate network
- Work with a very supportive, collaborative team and manager
- Consistently deliver the values and vision of the SustainHealth bran
- Manage and build a busy candidate portfolio in healthcare recruitment
- Ensure 100% compliance of all candidates by working with the compliance and support team
- you must have solid computer skills across Microsoft including PPT. Word. Excel and Outlook
