Join the Growing Tradeconnex Family in Surry Hills, Sydney - Recruiting for white collar engineers and quantity surveyor roles in the civil and infrastructure sector. 

Tradeconnex is experiencing ongoing business growth and is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated individual to join our Sydney team in Surry Hills. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing engineers and quantity surveyors, as well as actively finding and acquiring new clients.

Key Duties Include, but not Limited to:

• Building strong and lasting relationships within the civil and infrastructure industry
• Conducting interviews and screening candidates for white collar roles
• Developing a deep understanding of clients' and candidates' needs
• Being sales-oriented and actively finding and developing new clients
• Business Development  
• Negotiating Fee's and terms with potential clients
• Conducting client meetings and visiting construction sites
• Networking 
• Performing relevant employment checks on candidates
• Advertising job opportunities and managing job boards

To be Successful in this Role, You Should Have:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Good knowledge of the construction industry
• Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of success in a 360 desk role
• Clear ability to meet KPIs and targets
• Experience with JobAdder is a bonus
• Interest in continuous improvement and self-development
• Honesty and trustworthiness
• Self motivated with a can do attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational abilities and multitasking skills
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients
