REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years agency recruitment experience in a 360 role including business development
- Comfortable with cold business development calls - essential
- Outbound sales experience
- Experience building and nurturing long term working relationship's
- Proactively sourcing candidates via database, advertising, networking and head hunting
