Utilising multiple recruitment tools and search methodologies.
Coordinating interviews, assessment and offers of candidates.
Building awesome relationships with clients and Hiring Managers.QualificationsFormal qualifications preferred with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
If you do not have formal qualifications, further years of work experience may be required.
Agency recruitment experience working within Business Support, HR and Finance.
Be confident, hungry to learn and have client-centric mentality - we need a people person!
Recruitment research experience and headhunting techniques.

Experience working with candidate tracking systems
Experience recruiting for government clients would be highly regardedThe salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
