The Opportunity

We have a full-time position for an experienced Recruiter to join our team, based in central Sydney. This role will require you to engage professionally & efficiently with our clients & our staff.
Your tasks will include:
- End to end recruitment of healthcare professionals for casual & ongoing positions
- Being first point of contact for all inbound calls
- Undertaking outbound calls to existing staff
- Ensuring compliance of all staff
- Coordinating activities to attract applicants
- Assisting with associated tasks to support local operations.
This role is ideally suited to those with strong customer service experience with demonstrated experience in healthcare recruitment. Qualifications in nursing or related healthcare field would be advantageous.
About you:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- A “can-do” attitude with a positive & professional approach
- At least 3 years experience in health recruitment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- High level time management skills & the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail & accuracy with data entry, whilst maintaining & protecting confidentiality
- Prior experience recruiting for or knowledge of NSW Health facilities advantageous.
