Our client is a boutique consulting company delivering information, communications and technology solutions. As a small team they have built a fantastic reputation and have successfully been driving business forward since 2011. Due to an overwhelming workload, they are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
This role is for a self-starting recruiter who has the ability to build strong business partnerships with senior management and the aptitude to network and search select simultaneously with the standard methods of candidate attraction. The role is end to end recruitment, where you will drive all aspects of the search process including managing the implementation of recruitment strategies, search, research, maintain and create position descriptions, advertising, candidate interviews, assessment and recommendation, referencing, background checks and on-boarding. Maintaining a high awareness of current market demands, you will participate in departmental discussions and advise accordingly.
You will need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and support to continually improve the talent pipeline. Maintaining the database, systems, processes, documents and manuals related to recruiting will also be important to the role.
To be successful in the role you will be a self-starter and have 5+ years recruitment experience ideally as a Generalist, have worked across multiple role types and preferably a variety of industries. As this role is output driven (not KPI driven) it’s important to have strong problem solving and analytical skills, time management and organisational skills, excellent communication both written and verbal and the capability and confidence to liaise with senior management. The ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects nationally will be important for the successful applicant.
