What to Expect in your New Career

* Work on Cold, Warm and Active Clients
* Achieve daily and weekly KPI's
* Business development (new business)
* Manage existing clients (WARM DESK)
* Candidate sourcing & interviewing
* Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients

We are all Retail Specialists, coming directly from the shop floor as proven leaders and sales champions. You will come from a similar background or you may even already be working in recruitment now. No matter what, you are a high achiever in your industry!
