About You
- You’re a ‘people person’ who will go above and beyond to provide superb customer service
- You will ideally have a years experience in a business development, sales or recruitment role
- You are comfortable speaking on the phone and pride yourself on your communication skills
- You have an adaptable and flexible mindset to meet changing priorities and demands
- You like to work with clear monthly targets and weekly KPI's so you can monitor your own performance
The Role
A typical day for you will include the below but not limited to;
- Sales calls to potential clients to bring on new business and create lasting professional relationships
- Meetings with new and current clients about their recruitment needs and partnering with us
- Candidate headhunting to begin discussions about jobs
- Interviews with candidates to understand their ideal work scenario
- Data cleansing to keep our current candidate pool up to date and ensure we are offering opportunities relevant to their requirements for work
