readi currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Recruitment Coordinator to join our team based in Rockingham. This role will work closely with the Recruitment Team Leader and report to the National Business Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a blue-collar recruitment role servicing the mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors
- The ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Well-developed communication, candidate management, and interview skills
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Excellent technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day

Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience managing recruitment functions either internally or in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of IR/ER protocols and experience with agreement interpretation.
- Experience in a dynamic and multi-focussed environment.
