The Role
Thanks to internal growth, we are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our internal HR team and drive agile and best-practice recruitment processes throughout the organisation. This is a great opportunity for a curious people person to report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work with a diverse and passionate team. The key day to day duties will involve:
Partnering with line managers to understand and advise on recruitment needs
Obtain and interpret role requirements to draft tailored and effective job advertisements / job descriptions
Managing attraction strategies through social media and sourcing platforms
Reviewing, shortlisting, and phone-screening suitable candidates
Booking interviews and following up with line managers / candidates for 2-way feedback
Conducting employment checks (e.g., references, work-rights) and supporting line managers with job offers
Providing constructive feedback and notification to unsuccessful candidates
About You
As the successful candidate you will come with demonstrated experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and possess a strong commercial acumen that allows you to understand business requirements. In addition, you will bring to the table:
A genuine likeability with the confidence to communicate with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to successfully manage candidates and create a positive candidate experience
Strong time-management skills with the autonomy to balance competing priorities
Previous experience with social media and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Seek, Instagram etc.)
Experience with internal HRIS / Recruitment systems (ideally ELMO or similar)
A strong knowledge of roles within the healthcare sector (ideal but not essential)
