Due to continued growth throughout the business, MLG are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator to join our people and performance team. Reporting to our Recruitment Manager, this position is:
- Kalgoorlie based location
- A permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 40 hour week between the hours of 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation activities
- Onboarding and mobilisation of all site based personnel
- Booking of varied requisite medicals or training & liaising with medical providers to retrieve medical results in timely manner
- Send and follow up on completed MLG/Site inductions
- Communicate with internal clients to ensure they are fully supported
- Provide Administration support for all Recruitment & Mobilisation processes
- Phone screening, organising and conducting candidate interviews
- Conduct Reference Checks
- Ensuring our internal database is kept up to date and processes are followed to provide a smooth recruitment process
- Remote travel to our sites to further your knowledge within the industry and build relationships with our site teams
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills & attributes:
- Current & Valid Driver's licence
- The ability to pass a Pre-employment medical, incl. Drug & Alcohol screen
- Previous Mobilisation experience (Desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Office - preferably Outlook, Word & Excel
- Show initiative and the ability to complete tasks autonomously and make decisions whilst also being a valued team player
- Excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
- Have a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines
