- $60,000-$65,000 per annum (pro rata) based on parttime hours
- Permanent 24-32 hours per week, flexible between 8:00am-4:30pm
- Located in Darra, Brisbane (Primarily Office-Based, Remote Work Option Available)
About the role
As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of top talent across various positions within the company. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of recruitment activities while supporting broader HR initiatives.
- Liaise with Managers and Key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and requirements.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in the formulation of employment agreements.
- Facilitate employee induction sessions to ensure successful onboarding.
- Complete other administrative duties as required to support recruitment efforts.
- Provide support to the broader HR team as needed.
About you
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
- Able to pass National Police Check
- Must have FULL WORKING RIGHTS in Australia
