About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator.
This genuine all-rounder role will work within a small TEAM of Administration Support staff and will be responsible for the wide range of administration, liaison and scheduling activities across clients, suppliers, contractors and trades that support the day-to-day business activities.
Your positive attitude, flexible approach and strong organisation skills will be key to your success, along with your attention to detail, initiative and outcome focus.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and is looking for long-term stability. A challenging and versatile role in a friendly, professional environment is offered for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who is the “right fit” for both the role itself…..and the TEAM –The office hours are 7:30am to 4pm Monday-Friday. Part time hours are available each day……with Monday, Thursday and Friday as a must….with Friday being a 7:30am start.
Your skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience within a service environment will be HIGHLY regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar all-round administration role.
- Proficient computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills are essential.
- Experience using job management and accounting software (AroFlo, Xero) will be a Bonus.
- Demonstrated All-Rounder office administration skills including customer service, scheduling, accounts (payable and receivable), record management etc.
- High level communication, customer service and interpersonal skills - Building and maintaining relationships with staff, contractors, customers and suppliers.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the efficient operations of a trade service business.
- Previous experience in prioritising and managing workloads within a busy environment -Ability to multi task.
- Enthusiastic, driven and team focused.
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility or additional roles as the business grows.
