They are seeking an experienced and driven Accounts Receivable Officer to join the growing team. Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be required to liaise closely with site operational teams, internal departments and company vendors.
Your duties will include:
Full-function Accounts Receivables
Manage Debtors ledger and end of month duties
Collections and allocations
Maintaining petty cash and daily banking
Control of overdue payments and ageing analysis
General administrative duties as directed by the Commercial Manager and GM
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you will need solid prior experience within an Accounts Receivable role. You will also require the following:
A background in working in a busy AR role
Experience in debt collection and calling customers to resolve unpaid invoices
Dealing with account queries from customers and account managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own team
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can work independently and effectively completes all tasks by deadlines. Someone with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite would be highly regarded.
