What you'll be doing
The position holder will consult and collaborate with People and Culture partners in developing and implementing innovative recruitment and selection strategies providing labour market advantage.
Manage general recruitment functions with a strong focus on high quality customer service in the provision of strategic and operational support to managers of NSLHD. Ensure continuous quality improvement, service model and team skill development and contemporary initiatives in operational recruitment needs.
Implement initiatives to support and develop managers' capability in recruitment best practice.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in recruitment within a large diverse service industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading, developing and delivering training sessions regarding best recruitment practice.
- Superior analytical skills and demonstrated experience in the analysis of complex information to improve organisational performance.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and extensive experience in influencing stakeholders and customers to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated management and customer service skills with an ability to balance a high volume workload and inspire team to strive for continuous improvement.
