What you'll be doing
The position holder will consult and collaborate with People and Culture partners in developing and implementing innovative recruitment and selection strategies providing labour market advantage.
Manage general recruitment functions with a strong focus on high quality customer service in the provision of strategic and operational support to managers of NSLHD. Ensure continuous quality improvement, service model and team skill development and contemporary initiatives in operational recruitment needs.
Implement initiatives to support and develop managers' capability in recruitment best practice.

- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and extensive experience in influencing stakeholders and customers to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated management and customer service skills with an ability to balance a high volume workload and inspire team to strive for continuous improvement.
