Due to continuous growth, we are looking to expand our team and have an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer - Mining Operations and Engineering to join our dynamic thriving, growing team.
About the role:
This exciting role reports to the Directors where you will be working as a recruitment resourcing specialist for contract and permanent white-collar roles within the mining sector. This is a full function role where you will be responsible for candidate sourcing, candidate management and some account management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking in job briefs, writing job ads, sourcing candidates, head hunting.
- Passively search for talent and talent pooling
- Candidate interviews and feedback
- Reference checks
- Closing out permanent and temporary contracts
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or Consultant, ideally in the mining sector, not essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritise;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- strong candidate management skills
- Confidence and personality.
