We are looking to expand our flex team and bring on board a motivated and productive Recruitment Resourcer to assist supporting a team of dedicated Recruitment Consultants with recruiting and screening of candidates and compliance of candidate profiles
- Employing Candidate attraction strategies.
- Writing of advertisements for the relevant roles you are allocated to work on.
- Screening and interviewing prospective candidates so Drake is able to deliver the best candidates for our clients' staffing needs.
- Administering assessments to candidates in line with candidate skills to validate skill levels and capacity for work.
- Validating reference checks and working rights to verify previous skills and experiences and overall suitability for client needs as well as ensuring adequate working rights with Australia.
- Maintaining the contractor database by ensuring all required candidate data and information entered onto the computer system as required in line with compliance and audit procedures.
