About the Role
Based on the growing needs of our clients we are looking for Recruitment Resourcer to contribute to the sourcing onboarding, and compliance support for candidates looking for their next role!
Specific duties will include:
- Proactive cv searching and reach out to potential candidates through phone and email.
- Manage candidate information within our Recruitment platform, ensuring it's up-to-date.
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
- Interview feedback to candidates
- After care check ins
- Build and maintain a thriving talent pool in our Recruitment Platform.
- Attend recruitment meetings and capture notes.
About You
To succeed in this role we are looking for someone who has:
- A background in administrative and customer service roles.
- While experience in a recruitment-related role is highly regarded, it's not a necessity.
- Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computers and administrative tasks.
- An eagle eye for detail - maintains 100% compliance KPIs.
- A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding candidate engagement experience.
