- Advise and support Leadership Team on legal compliance, and ensure that the organisation is compliant to relevant legislation
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures
- Support and drive management and employee communication, relating to any performance management issues, employee relations case management, ect.
- Foster a culture of continual improvement aligned with company goals
- When needed, coordinate recruitment processes and provide HR advice
- Monitor key HR performance indicators and maintain system integrity
- Handle employee relations issues and ad hoc HR tasks

- Prior experience in a HR Business Partnering role (or equivalient eg: HR Advisor looking to step up) is essential

- Demonstrated understanding of the HR principals of confidentiality in relations to all apsects of the HR function within the organisation
