This role will be ideally suited to someone who has had experience in administration, customer service, recruiting or providing resources to an industrial industry. A capacity to think on their feet, work effectively as part of a team and has a genuine interest to help match people with suitable jobs.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience and ability to screen, interview and on-board casual employees for client sites.
- Ability to be self-driven and motivated and to complete tasks.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to work autonomously when needed.
- Competent computer skills able to undergo training in use of recruitment software.
- Enjoys the challenge of meeting client needs within deadlines.
- Display a value for customers and colleagues respecting those around you.
