Role Overview:
Are you passionate about recruitment, but over the business development?
In this Recruitment Resourcer role, you will review, screen, and onboard clinical staff, ensuring they meet industry standards and are well-prepared to provide outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Review and screen candidate applications, progressing qualified clinical staff to phone interviews.
- Conduct phone screenings using our standard templates for various healthcare qualifications
- Evaluate candidates and determine their progression status (progress, hold, reject)
- Identify potential contract staff for regional, rural, and remote work, capturing core requirements and availability.
Onboarding/Compliance:
- Ensure quality candidates meet industry standards before activation.
- Initiate onboarding, including Bridge modules and reference checks, and hand over to the Recruitment Compliance Administrator.
- Monitor candidates' progress through compliance stages with the Recruitment Compliance Administrator.
- Provide necessary resources (ID photo, uniform sizes) to the Recruitment Compliance Assistant.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure receipt of ID badges, uniforms, and timesheet books.
- Finalize activation and inform the Allocations Team of newly onboarded staff's availability and travel preferences.
Candidate Care:
- Conduct regular candidate monitoring post-onboarding to ensure staff receive meaningful work.
- Maintain regular contact with staff on contracts, providing support through weekly calls or SMS.
- Foster extended contracts and further staffing opportunities through engagement.
- Enhance staff retention through dedicated candidate care, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Compassionate and supportive attitude towards candidates and staff
